Leonie found that a number of essential tasks were being left to landlords to manage themselves, and this proved to be counter productive in streamlining the whole process of renting out a property in Ireland.

  • From advertising and photography, vetting of tenants, lease agreements, handling complaints, rent collection and tracking, managing purchases / repairs, registration with the RTB, being a tax collection agent for our overseas landlords, to inspections, rent increases (in line with RPZ regulations) hap applications and hap inspections to annual rent income and expenditure statements, we try to do as much for our clients as is possible.

  • This has proven to be a successful venture, and now we are proud to have hundreds of properties on our books, some being let only services, and many others availing of our full letting management package.
