  • Set up in 2006, Leonie Stewart founded Stewart Property Solutions ltd to provide a comprehensive letting and management packages for landlords. Leonie found that a number of essential tasks were being left to landlords to manage themselves, and this proved to be counter productive in streamlining the whole process of renting out a property in Ireland.

  • From advertising and photography, vetting of tenants, lease agreements, handling complaints, rent collection and tracking, managing purchases / repairs, registration with the RTB, being a tax collection agent for our overseas landlords, to inspections, rent increases (in line with RPZ regulations) hap applications and hap inspections to annual rent income and expenditure statements, we try to do as much for our clients as is possible.
